Process Engineer - 2 Positions

Formulate department work plans and supervise execution; Regularly review engineers' work reports and assessments; Coordinate and communicate with external departments; Regularly review control data and yield losses, formulate improvement plans; Inspect production line record filling and equipment operation status; Familiar with production equipment, able to troubleshoot common equipment problems and guide staff in proper use; Attend customer communication meetings, complete 8D reports for customer complaints; Arrange in-house and external engineer training.

Bachelor's degree or above. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, steady in handling matters, good communication and leadership skills, meticulous, patient, open-minded. Possess certain analytical and problem-solving abilities, familiar with engineering problem-solving methods and approaches.
