The 13th China International Semiconductor Expo and Summit Forum(IC CHINA 2015)Grandly Held at Shanghai New International Expo Center

From November 11 to 19, 2015, The 13th China International Semiconductor Expo and Summit Forum (IC CHINA 2015) was grandly held at Shanghai New International Expo Center. The theme of IC CHINA 2015 was "Implement and Promote the Outline, Accelerate Industrial Development", building the most influential national-level semiconductor industry exhibition platform. The expo focused on displaying IC design and products, IC design tools and services, chip manufacturing, packaging and testing, semiconductor professional equipment and components, semiconductor materials, integrated circuit applications and solutions, semiconductor discrete devices, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, power devices, sensor devices, IC distribution, IoT, smart cities, smart homes, portable terminals, automotive electronics, LED, healthcare and other IC applications.

IC CHINA 2015 was co-hosted by the China Semiconductor Industry Association, China Electronic Components General Company, and Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization. Three exhibitions worked together to create Asia's largest-scale electronics exhibition platform and the highest-specification industry event. The three-day IC CHINA 2015 attracted over 60,000 professional visitors, achieving linkage with 60,000 professional electronics industry visitors and buyers.

IC CHINA 2015 gathered leading IC enterprises including Unisplendour Ziguang, Spreadtrum, SMIC, Jiangsu JCET, Zhuhai艾派克微, as well as National S&T Major Project enterprises such as Shanghai Micro Electronics, Shennan Circuit, Shanghai Sinyang, and North Microelectronics. It also brought together industrialization bases from across the country including Wuxi Base, Shenzhen Base, and Jinan Base. The Liaoning Integrated Circuit Industry Alliance also made a stunning appearance at IC CHINA 2015. Representing the semiconductor national team, Datang Telecom and Huada Semiconductor also displayed neatly. IC CHINA 2015 also gathered European and American enterprises including Freescale, NXP, and AMS, as well as Japanese enterprises such as Disco and Panasonic, and Korean enterprises represented by MAPS. It pooled domestic and international resources to create an international exhibition platform.

NINGBO CHIPEX SEMICONDUCTOR CO.,LTD, as a rising star in semiconductor Advanced Packaging and testing, also participated in this summit forum. ChipEx mainly operates Wafer Level Packaging (WLP).
