For the 50 matched enterprises in the directory encountering operational costs, financing difficulties, and other problems, individual files have been established for newly established enterprise activity records, seven major key industry enterprise cultivation records, and key area enterprise growth records, maintaining dynamic communication with enterprises, timely grasping enterprise conditions, providing regular services, and promoting enterprise growth.

In addition to combining with private enterprise "dual matching" work, the New Zone Market Supervision and Management Bureau has also combined with the "Brand Revitalization, Credit Strengthening" assistance development activity to enhance the core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises. On one hand, encouraging and supporting small and micro enterprises to pursue brand revitalization, guiding enterprises to transform their business philosophy, implementing trademark brand strategy, improving brand awareness and brand creation capabilities, assisting small and micro enterprises in applying for product trademark registration, striving to create well-known brands, building influential small and micro enterprise well-known (famous) trademarks, and enhancing product core competitiveness through brand advantages. On the other hand, actively carrying out the "Let Credit Enter Small and Micro Enterprises" activity, promoting credit awareness during enterprise visits and services, guiding enterprises to strengthen credit asset cultivation and application, establishing credit brands through applying for "Contract-abiding and Credit-valuing Units" and "Credit Management Demonstration Enterprises" and other credit honors, and integrating credit management. Currently, the New Zone has 26 small and micro enterprises that have obtained 47 well-known (famous) trademark brands and credit assets at various levels, including 3 provincial famous trademarks, 8 municipal well-known trademarks, 2 provincial famous trade names, 2 credit management demonstration enterprises, 8 honest private enterprises, and 4 contract-abiding and credit-valuing units.

"Combining 'individual-to-enterprise' upgrading to achieve transformation development, small and micro enterprises can better advance from 'low, scattered, weak' to 'high, precise, excellent,'" said the person in charge of the Market Supervision and Management Bureau. The New Zone has achieved 165 "individual-to-enterprise" conversions, of which 32 have been converted to corporate enterprises. The focus is on guiding market entities that have already converted to sole proprietorships and partnerships to expand their scale through opening equity, cooperative shareholding, and other means, forming corporate enterprises, achieving "secondary transformation," and through promoting the "State Council's Opinions on Supporting the Healthy Development of Small and Micro Enterprises," establishing small and micro enterprise cultivation mechanisms and service platforms, creating a good atmosphere for continuous market entity upgrading, and promoting enterprise development from quantity-oriented to quality-oriented.
