1,SOT563(Small Outline Transistor 563)

       An ultra-small surface mount package, typically used in space-constrained applications. Very small in size, suitable for high-density circuits. Provides 6 pins for multi-function integrated chips, such as multi-channel switches, power management, etc.

2,SOT236/TSOT23-6(Thin Small Outline Transistor 23-6)

       A thin package based on the traditional SOT23 improvement. Slightly larger than SOT563, but still maintains miniaturization advantages. Also has 6 pins, commonly used in low-power devices, such as signal amplifiers, converters, etc.

3,QFN(Quad Flat No-lead Package)

       A leadless flat package form where the chip is soldered inside the frame using flip chip method, with exposed pads on the bottom of the frame for electrical connection.

4,DFN(Dual Flat No-lead Package)

       Similar to QFN, but only provides pad connections on two sides, suitable for smaller sizes and lower pin count applications.
